At Vroman Orthodontics, our goal is to provide outstanding value for a reasonable price. Your unique treatment plan with include a complete breakdown of all applicable fees and we’ll inform you of all costs before beginning your treatment.
Treatment fees will vary based upon each patient’s one-of-a-kind smile. After evaluating your case, Dr. Vroman will be able to determine a price that fits your specific orthodontic needs.
We offer a variety of flexible payment options to meet your family’s needs. For your convenience, we offer the following:
- A discount for treatment that is paid in full with cash or check at the onset of treatment
- A discount for patients with multiple family members undergoing treatment
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted
- An in-office, interest-free financing option through OrthoBanc
Third-party financing options with no down payment are also available. If you have any questions about financing or payment, please ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.
No two insurance policies are alike! Please ask a member of our staff and we will review your insurance policy to help maximize your orthodontic benefit.
Once treatment has begun, we will file your insurance claims as a courtesy to your family. We’re happy to file claims on behalf of all patients using their insurance plans.
